Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams has a comprehensive Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Program. The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) requires all that land disturbing activity must be thoroughly inspected on a regular basis. Failure to follow these laws could result in fines and civil penalties for non compliance. To avoid violation of this code of law, KBJW offers a number of services to keep our clients in compliance.
Erosion and Sediment Control Site Inspection
KBJW will provide a DEQ Certified Inspector to perform a minimum required number of inspections to a site during land disturbing activies. The inspector will prepare a site inspection report and provide a copy to the land owner/client and the County official. Inspections will occur in intervals as required by VA Code 62.1-44.15:58 and 9VAC25-840-60.
Erosion Control Plan Review & General Consulting & Training
KBJW will provide a DEQ Certified Plan reviewer/Licensed Professional Engineer to perform the plan review to confirm compliance with VESC Requirement.
