Investing $17 million in 3 phases, Greenswell opened its first 77,000 square-foot hydroponic greenhouse on 30 acres at the West Creek Industrial Park in Goochland County.

Our engineers designed the layout for the greenhouses, including site design, stormwater management, advanced grading, and utilities. Additional services include on-site wastewater system design, surveying, environmental site assessment, geotechnical investigation, construction materials testing, and construction administration.
