23 Nov 2020 Governor Northam Signs SB5106 Extending Plan Approvals
On October 28, 2020, Virginia Governor Northam signed legislation extending certain land use approvals in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill, SB 5106, extends validity dates for subdivision plats, recorded plats, final site plans, special exceptions, special use permits, conditional use permits, and rezoning, that were valid on July 1, 2020, to July 1, 2022.
