The Townes at Wright Dunbar

Developed through a public-private partnership with the City of Dayton, the Townes of Wright Dunbar adds 26 new townhomes to the historic Wright Dunbar neighborhood in West Dayton. The City worked with the private developer to share environmental costs associated with redeveloping the former Gem City Ice Cream Factory to add market-rate housing in the area.
