Last year Koontz-Bryant hosted a luncheon with guest speakers from the DCR to help answer many questions with regards to the new VA stormwater regulations. Many of you are already aware that the DEQ will now be responsible for handling the implementation of these stormwater regulations.  As we wait for the transition to occur, we are keeping in contact with both the DCR and DEQ to make sure our clients and collegues are up to date on what is happening.
Koontz-Bryant is currently in the process of putting together a follow up luncheon to the event. If you are interested in attending our luncheon this year, tentatively slated for the fall, please send me an email with the subject line: INTERESTED. I will be sure to include you in future updates as the event draws near.
